By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the website gengroup-uk.com (the “Site”) operated by Generation Investment Management (UK) Limited (“Generation Investment Management”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any further notices or disclaimers published on the Site. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Site immediately.

10. Dispute Resolution & Universal Acceptance

By initiating any legal action, claim, complaint or lawsuit against Generation Investment Management or the Site, you automatically and irrevocably acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any other notices and disclaimers published on the Site, in respect of all interactions you have had or may have with the Site. This agreement is global in scope and applies across all sections of the Site without exception.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.

12. Bonus Policy

Bonus Ownership

Any bonus credited to the Client’s account remains the property of Generation Management until all applicable bonus conditions have been fully satisfied. Bonuses do not constitute client funds and are not withdrawable unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company.

Withdrawal Restrictions Related to Bonuses

If a Client accepts any bonus offered by Generation Management, the entire balance of the trading account, including deposited funds, bonus funds, and any generated profits, shall become subject to the bonus conditions.

The Client shall not be permitted to withdraw any amount from the trading account unless one of the following conditions has first been satisfied:

1. The bonus has been fully removed and replaced by an equivalent amount deposited by the Client; or
2. The Client has completed the required trading volume equal to fifty (50) times the bonus amount received, calculated in standard lots.

Any withdrawal request submitted before satisfaction of these conditions may be rejected, delayed, or canceled at the sole discretion of Generation Management.

13. Changes

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
